Science Fair Update

The Science Fair is quickly approaching. The students are to arrive in Mazanec Hall on Saturday, January 27th to set up their projects between 8:30-9:00 a.m. The projects should include the board, science fair binder, journal, and display items from their experiment. Judging will start at 10:00 a.m. Students may leave as soon as they are finished with their presentation.

Students should have turned in data tables, graphs, and conclusion for the 2nd quarter grading period. The comments, abstract, and final report will be on 3rd quarter. Most students have submitted their first draft comments and abstract for editing. All students should have received guidelines to help generate the final report that is due Tuesday, January 16th. The completed fair board should come to school on Monday, January 22nd. During that week, the students will give their oral presentation to the class. All written portions of the project should be submitted for teacher input by Tuesday, January 16th. Students are to be encouraged to contact Mrs. Wilson with questions.
